Created from the scales of Frostfang the White Dragon and forged by Whip Swish, this rapier was presented to Vandal Stormwind by Whip after helping defeat the white dragon while defending Ten Towns.
Imbued with a strand of dragon heart, the blade is milky white with a soft shimmer, and a highly ornamental rose-gold hilt, studded with several small gems.
When Final Note is within a 10ft diameter of Tinker (Whip’s Rapier) it deals 1d6 frost damage. Critical roles always deal 1d6 frost damage, regardless of being in range of Tinker. Rarely needs to be sharpened, however the blade loses it’s +1 status when dulled.
