Created from the scales of Frostfang the White Dragon and forged by Whip Swish, this Katar was presented to Rasnaar Naalted by Whip after helping defeat the white dragon while defending Ten Towns.
(A Katar is a simple shortsword-type blade extending from an H-shaped hilt which is held in a closed fist.)
Imbued with a strand of dragon heart, it has a milky white blade that shimmers softly, the H-shaped hilt of which is silver with simple monk-like engravings.
When Tranquility is within a 10ft diameter of Tinker (Whip’s Rapier) it deals 1d6 frost damage. Critical roles always deal 1d6 frost damage, regardless of being in range of Tinker. Rarely needs to be sharpened, however the blade loses it’s +1 status when dulled.
